Big Crowd Big Win!

Shane O’Brien’s golden touch from 3-point range and Ben Robinson’s big contribution off the bench were the highlight of Conestoga’s 70-44 rout of Haverford before a rousing home crowd on Allumni Night & Paoli Wildcat Youth Night.
O’Brien, who netted 5 long bombs in the first half, and Robinson each scored 17 points as the Pioneers won their sixth straight game and improved to 8-1 overall and 5-0 in the Central League. O’Brien also led the team with 4 rebounds while Robinson pulled down 3.
Cory Hogan also played a major role with 15 points, 4 steals, 3 rebounds and 3 assists while Rowan Miller had 9 points, 3 assists 3 rebounds. Sam Gibbs finished with 5 points and 4 rebounds
“Any win in this league is a good win, said coach Sean Forcine “Haverford is a tough opponent so getting them by double digits was nice to see. But even more special was the crowd. Getting the young kids to come out and mingle with the players and get autographs makes a world of difference, not just our players, but our community, so I couldn’t be more proud and happy with support that we got tonight.”
