The game got off to a slow start as neither team could score early. Truth Ingram fed Ronan Mayock for 2 midway through the quarter, Scott Martin hit a pair of 3’s, and Ronan returned the favor to Truth at the buzzer, and Conestoga led 11-9 after one.
The second quarter featured some good D from Wesley Brace, a 3 from Shane Scott, and a bucket for Connor Steele, and Stoga led 19-12 at the half.
Scott Martin fed Myles Scott for 2 in the third quarter, and Ronan Mayock drew a charge, and Conestoga was up 30-22 at the end of three.
Things got interesting in the fourth quarter as Strath Haven cut Stoga’s lead to 6, but three pointers from Shane and Connor and Wes Brace’s efforts diving on the floor preserved a 43-37 victory for the Pioneers
