Conestoga edged Central League rival Penncrest, 35-33, Jan 10th

Rowan Miller and Ben Robinson combined for 29 points as visiting Conestoga edged Central League rival Penncrest, 35-33 on Jan 10th.

It was the third straight win and fifth in six games for the Pioneers, who improved to 8-4 overall and climbed into a second-place tie at 6-2.

The victory was major sign of growth in the eyes of second-year coach Sean Forcine as Conestoga continues its push for a big finish in league play and District 1.

Miller had 16 points 5 rebounds and Robinson had 13 points. The remaining six points were split by Westin Fryberger and Brendan Styer.

The Pioneers return home Friday, Jan 12th, to face Springfield. NOTE START TIMES UPDATE due to possible inclement weather – junior varsity tips off at 3:45 and varsity clash at 5:15 p.m.
